We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team, providing support and guidance to young people in need.
As a Disability Youth Worker, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging learning activities, promoting inclusivity and respect within the school community.
Estimated salary: £28,080.15 - £30,379.65 per year (pro-rated).
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized support plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure inclusive learning environments
- Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress
A relevant qualification in youth work or equivalent experience, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
