Linsco is seeking a skilled Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Pitched Roofing to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a valid UK driving licence, pitched roofing background, and good IT skills. The role involves measuring works from drawings and/or measured surveys, ensuring quotes are accurate, and maintaining a good working relationship with operatives and the Main Contractor/Client. Key responsibilities include:
* Measuring and quoting works from drawings and/or measured surveys
* Ensuring quotes are accurate and meet approved working drawings and specification
* Coordinating material orders and deliveries to meet programme requirements
* Liaising with subcontractors and obtaining quotations for works
