We are seeking a skilled Estimator and Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Linsco Ltd. to work on pitched roofing projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Measuring works from drawings and/or measured surveys
- Ensuring works are quoted as per approved working drawings and specification
- Coordinating material orders and ensuring deliveries meet agreed programme requirements
- Liaising with company-employed subcontractors pre-construction and obtaining quotations for the works
- Maintaining a good working relationship with both our operatives and clients
