Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Deep Learning Engineer to join our Data Science team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced NLP products and data science approaches to extract valuable customer insights from large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop advanced NLP models and algorithms to extract commercially beneficial insights from customer reviews, surveys, and other data sources
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP models into our Unified Customer Intelligence platform
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our data science approaches
  • Work closely with the ML Engineering and Operations teams to ensure the scalability and efficiency of NLP models in production
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Data Science with significant experience in deep learning and natural language processing
  • MSc/MEng degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling
  • Ability to tackle complex data challenges and provide innovative solutions
  • Excellent command of at least one programming language (preferably Python)
  • Experience in fast-paced, agile environments managing uncertainty and ambiguity
