The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intern in Digital Marketing, Communication, and Events. This 3-month internship will provide the successful candidate with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the digital marketing and events industry.

The successful candidate will be working in the Member Services and Communication Department of the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, with a special focus on the So Chic platform. So Chic is an initiative from the French Chamber of Commerce, designed to support, promote, and showcase French Lifestyle in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the So Chic & Committee Manager in various tasks, including:

• Managing the So Chic platform and committee, including assisting with new projects from the launching phase, data analytics, and report creation.

• Assisting with the day-to-day management of the So Chic Retail & Dining Guide.

• Following up on existing brand partners and searching for new brand partners.

• Managing the French Chamber / So Chic Privilege Card.

• Updating the privileges offered by members on the website.

• Creating and updating digital content, including:

• Writing articles for publications, including the So Chic website, social media, and Focus magazine.

• Creating and updating So Chic brand pages and social media.

• Organizing and following up on Instagram campaigns.

• Animating and posting on IG, Facebook pages.

• Preparing and sending the So Chic Newsletter.

• Assisting and participating in the organization of So Chic French Experiences.

• Conducting monitoring on Singapore's events and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.

• Appetite for digital marketing, content production, and event management.

• Fluent in English and French is a plus to liaise with clients.

• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills – able to promote French Chamber Services.

• Soft skills: Pro activity, creativity, communication skills, team player attitude, autonomy.

• Hard skills: software such as Canvas, IA tools.
