About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a temporary-to-permanent Learning Support Assistant position at our specialist autism school in North West London. As an ideal candidate, you will have a genuine passion for supporting students with high-functioning autism, and be committed to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with high-functioning students with autism in Key Stage 4, providing essential support to enable them to thrive both academically and socially.
  • Implementing individualised strategies and interventions to support students with their specific needs, focusing on social skills development, communication, and emotional regulation.
  • Collaborating with the class teacher and other professionals to create and implement personalised learning plans, ensuring students' progress and achievements are monitored effectively.

Salary and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary of £90-£105 per day, plus holiday pay at 12.07%. You will also have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of our students and contribute to a supportive and collaborative working environment.
