Learning Support Associate

We are seeking a skilled Teaching and Learning Support Assistant to join our Nursery Class at Ball Green Primary School. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to teachers in delivering high-quality education to our young pupils.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in supporting learning for children in the Early Years/Nursery. You will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to plan and implement engaging lessons, ensuring that every child reaches their full potential.
You will have previous experience of working in a Nursery setting, hold a relevant NVQ Level 3 or be working towards it, and possess a secure knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework. Your excellent organisational skills and effective classroom management will ensure that you are always prepared for your day and able to support children in making accelerated progress.
