Bridging to Success as a Financial Advisor

Our Bridging Programme is designed to help you transition into a rewarding career as a financial adviser. This 14-week programme covers academic and technical knowledge, business development, and adviser skills training, providing a comprehensive foundation for success.
As a financial adviser, you will enjoy a competitive salary, ranging from £50,000 to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. You will also benefit from financial support for the first 13 months and guaranteed client opportunities in your first year.
Key responsibilities of a financial adviser include generating new client opportunities, advising clients on current financial issues, and maintaining knowledge of regulations and financial products. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to answer yes to the following questions: I'm looking to switch industries; I have good attention to detail and strong maths skills; I am trustworthy and feel that I could manage money in line with the appropriate rules and regulations; I'm experienced in MS Office and have worked with data management systems; and I'm ethically minded and want to do the best by customers.
