As a key member of our team, you'll oversee the entire customer journey from application to redemption, ensuring a smooth experience for all stakeholders.

  • Essential Responsibilities:
  • Analyse complex transactions and structure deals based on market sector, asset, and security.
  • Solve problems creatively and utilising your skills and knowledge to determine lending acceptability.
  • Ensure excellent numeracy and risk identification skills with attention to detail.
  • Develop strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with internal departments and directors.
  • Work in an agile company as a creative thinker, remaining calm under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain strong customer service, planning, organisational, and time management skills to meet multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Prior experience in underwriting is preferred.
  • Desirable Qualifications:
  • Gaining end-to-end process experience from initial terms to redemption will be beneficial.
  • Presentation and influencing skills at the director level are highly valued.
  • CeMAP qualification or willingness to work towards it is desirable.

Job Details:

  • Job type: Full-time.
  • Pay: £35,000 - £50,000 per year.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends.
