Damage Claims Specialist

About the Role:
The UK damage department at SIXT is responsible for managing all damage claims related to Sixt vehicles in the UK. As a Damage Claims Specialist, you will play a crucial role in handling and resolving UK damage claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage new claims logged for the UK, adhering to the UK damage process
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes via email, providing clear and concise information
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather estimates and issue invoices to customers for damages
- Make sound decisions to resolve each case in the best interest of the company, ensuring fairness and impartiality
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required within the team and department
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months of administration experience and case handling experience
- Ability to work under pressure, show initiative, and have a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively
