Credit Controller Opportunity

VIQU Limited is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team in Coventry. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing SME customer portfolios and driving prompt payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage SME portfolios, handling invoice queries and aged debt collection.
  • Contact customers via phone, email, and letters to chase payments.
  • Meet call and collection KPI targets.
  • Generate statements and reports using Excel.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of credit control experience.
  • Competent Excel ability.
Location: Coventry (office based)Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
