Job Title: Night Site Manager

A Night Site Manager is required to commence on a project in early September to manage a 7-week strip-out/fit-out project based in the Hartlepool area.

The project involves the refurbishment/upgrade of an existing property, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management, including the quality and safe working practices of the sub-contractors on site.

The scheme will include some internal reconfiguration/demolition, followed by a full internal fit-out to final finishes.

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to work under minimal supervision as a project lead on a fit-out project, with experience of providing high-quality finishes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideal background in delivering similar type fit-out projects.
  • Comfortable operating with high levels of client interface.
  • Strong all-round construction knowledge, including good record/site admin and management of the programme.
  • Good level of IT capability.
  • Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certification.
