We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant to join our client's support package in their own home.

This is a rewarding role that involves providing personalized support to enable our client to live independently and achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will be a caring individual with good communication skills, able to work flexibly and commit to long-term care.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our client with everyday tasks, attending appointments, and helping them maintain their independence.

You will also be required to assist with medication management, organize appointments, and provide emotional support as needed.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of 11.67 per hour, plus benefits including a company pension scheme, enhanced bank holiday payments, and annual leave.

You will also have access to comprehensive training and support from our dedicated team, including a Regional Care Lead and a local HCD Community Nurse Assessor.
