About the RoleThe Senior Residential Care Worker will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive environment for young people, promoting their physical and emotional development, and helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Collaborate with the Registered Manager to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring that care and support is provided and maintained.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Support Independent Living Skills: Help young people develop essential life skills, including managing finances, attending appointments, and engaging in daily living activities.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure the physical and emotional safety of young people in their care, adhering to Brook Street Social Care's policies and procedures.
