We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Supervisor to join our team at Future Select Recruitment. As a leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry, we work with the best clients and candidates to supply the majority of permanent jobs in the Asbestos market.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage licensed and non-licensed removal projects
- Oversee a team of operatives, ensuring work is carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines
- Ensure work is carried out in line with site-specific RAMS, ensuring to amend where required
- Undertake and pass HSE audits
- Ensure work on site is carried out in line with agreed timelines
- Work closely with internal contracts managers
- Liaise with clients, providing excellent technical support and advice when required
- Experience working as an Asbestos Supervisor in a reputable company within the Asbestos industry
- Holding the ARCA Supervisor Certificate and other relevant up-to-date tickets
- Well-versed in relevant Health and Safety guidelines
- Able to communicate efficiently
- Excellent time management skills
