About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Supervisor to join our team at Future Select Recruitment. As a leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry, we work with the best clients and candidates to supply the majority of permanent jobs in the Asbestos market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage licensed and non-licensed removal projects
  • Oversee a team of operatives, ensuring work is carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines
  • Ensure work is carried out in line with site-specific RAMS, ensuring to amend where required
  • Undertake and pass HSE audits
  • Ensure work on site is carried out in line with agreed timelines
  • Work closely with internal contracts managers
  • Liaise with clients, providing excellent technical support and advice when required
Requirements
  • Experience working as an Asbestos Supervisor in a reputable company within the Asbestos industry
  • Holding the ARCA Supervisor Certificate and other relevant up-to-date tickets
  • Well-versed in relevant Health and Safety guidelines
  • Able to communicate efficiently
  • Excellent time management skills
