About the Role

The Head of Projects is a key position within our Property Consultancy division, responsible for leading a team of project managers in delivering schemes for a number of key clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of project delivery, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage a team of project managers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties.
  2. Ensure projects are secured and delivered to the agreed financial requirements and margins.
  3. Develop and manage bids, tenders, and proposals to secure new projects.
  4. Build strong relationships with subcontractors and preferred suppliers.
  5. Manage stakeholders and maintain effective relationships with key client contacts and site teams.
  6. Financial responsibility for the delivery of the annual projects plan.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be a target-driven, commercially aware individual with excellent leadership and communication skills. They will have a strong understanding of project management principles and practices, as well as experience in managing teams and delivering projects within budget and on time.
