Job Title:

Learning Experience Director

A renowned trade association membership body, Membership Bespoke, is seeking a seasoned Learning Experience Director to spearhead the development and delivery of its comprehensive education programme.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position based in London with flexibility to work from home. The role offers an estimated annual salary of £47,250-£57,750 (dependent on experience), plus benefits including 20-25 days holiday, 5% matched pension contribution, private health insurance, dental insurance, and interest-free season ticket loan.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver bespoke training courses for insolvency and restructuring professionals at all levels of experience.
  • Lead on the production and delivery of a suite of training courses with key learning outcomes.
  • Innovate training methods, utilising online and face-to-face delivery to maximise user experience.
  • Enhance association brand and reputation through the Training Academy.
  • Contribute to a connected marketing strategy to drive take-up by members of online training and other content.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience working in a senior training role.
  • Experience of training and eLearning instructional design principles.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (desirable).
