Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team in Basingstoke. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing subsidence related projects and overseeing on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a case load of residential/sub-structure subsidence related works projects
  • Oversee direct trades and sub-contractors ensuring Health & Safety/CDM compliance and conduct site audits
  • Identify new contractors and trades for addition to the team as required
  • Liaise with clients and deal with variations as they arise

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Experience dealing with sub-structure damage to properties and managing subsidence related repair works
  • A working knowledge of CDM and SMSTS (or willingness to gain)
  • Ideal qualifications include HNC or Building Surveying Degree
  • Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills
  • IT literacy and full UK driving licence
