Technology Director for Financial Services and Innovation

Intellias is a leading software outsourcing company seeking a seasoned professional to drive the technology strategy for its Financial Services and Innovation (FS&I) vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and business, with experience in the FS&I industry.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing the FS&I technology strategy, mapping business needs to technology solutions, and driving the FS&I domain partnership ecosystem. The successful candidate will also lead solutioning and POC/accelerators initiatives, contribute to cross-vertical technology knowledge growth, and collaborate with delivery, sales, and technology leaders to drive new logos and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in software engineering, technology management, and technology consulting. A proven track record in a similar Director-level role in a well-established outsourcing company is required. Additionally, the candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and self-starter mindset.

The role will report to the VP, Head of Delivery, FS&I, and will be part of the Technology Office leadership team contributing to the corporate technology strategy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the digital FS&I technology landscape and help Intellias FS&I segment adapt to it.

Key requirements include MSc or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, broad experience in different FS&I domain areas, and strong orientation on business needs of clients. The candidate should also have 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Technology Management, or Technology Consulting, with 3+ years of CTO position in a technology company.
