Person Specification

  • A degree or equivalent level qualification in a human resources subject or equivalent level of HR knowledge gained through training and experience to degree level.
  • Associate Membership of CIPD.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of current employment legislation.
  • Up to date knowledge of the content and requirements of HR issues facing the NHS.
  • Knowledge of sickness absence management processes.
  • Knowledge of disciplinary processes.
