About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Early Years Educator to join our team at Grimsbury Manor Nursery School by Storal. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences under the EYFS framework
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, providing rich and stimulating experiences
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues to create a collaborative and inspiring working environment
About You
  • Hold a Level 3 or above qualification in child development
  • Have proven experience as an Early Years Educator or with children under the age of 5, with a particular advantage in working with under twos
  • Have knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
  • Reflect the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and working together
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary from £23,920 - £27,622.40 FTE, dependent on qualifications and experience, plus a £1,000 Welcome bonus** (pro-rata for part-time hours - conditions apply). Additionally, you will receive:
