Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Early Years Educator to join our team at Grimsbury Manor Nursery School in Banbury, Oxfordshire. As an Early Years Educator, you will work in partnership with the educator team to ensure the successful running of the nursery.
Key Responsibilities
- Encourage a love of learning through high-quality teaching under the EYFS framework
- Ensure all children are kept safe and have rich, stimulating experiences
- Build relationships with the team to create an inspiring working environment
About You
We are looking for an individual with a Level 3 or above qualification in early years, minimum of 6 months experience as an Early Years Educator, and knowledge and understanding of the EYFS. You should reflect the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and working together.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary from £11.50 to £13.28 per hour based on experience and qualifications, annual wellness day off, company sick pay, 50% childcare discount, access to retail and other discounts through Perkbox, and dedicated learning and development support.
