Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Perfect Integration Ltd. As a key member of our Service and Maintenance department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and maintenance services for our clients' audio visual, lighting control, IT network, CCTV, and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-call service and preventative maintenance for a wide range of integrated systems
  • Perform technical phone support and on-site service visits to ensure seamless system operation
  • Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and troubleshoot faults in IT network, AV, lighting control, CCTV, and access control systems
  • Support installation projects and perform small works associated with maintenance or upgrades
Requirements
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Working knowledge of control system programming and lighting control systems (including Lutron, Crestron, and Control 4)
  • Working knowledge of IT networks and AV systems integration
  • Ability to troubleshoot faults in IT network, AV, lighting control, CCTV, and access control systems
