This role is available as a full-time position at our IU office locations or remotely (must reside in Germany or the UK).

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage Twilio to create a personalized omnichannel experience, driving business results, optimizing workflows, and enhancing profitability.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the engineering team, ensuring clear communication of business needs and technical solutions.
  • Own and prioritize the Twilio product backlog, aligning it with business value, ROI, and strategy.
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and lead agile ceremonies like sprint planning and reviews.
  • Collaborate with Twilio engineers to develop new features and integrations based on feedback and business needs.
  • Monitor platform health, ensuring adherence to best practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct user training and create documentation to support adoption.
  • Stay updated on Twilio's new features, assessing their impact for potential implementation.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Twilio Product Manager/Owner.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel products and the Twilio ecosystem; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, translating business requirements into technical solutions with data-driven and user-centered approaches.
  • Agile/Scrum certification or significant experience in agile teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills focused on user-centered solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and in fast-paced teams.
