Job Title: ERP Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Support Specialist to join our team at Plumstead Consulting Ltd. As an ERP Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients in Europe and Asia Pacific
  • Handle and resolve technical issues related to ERP systems
  • Collaborate with the International ERP Team, Key business users, Support partners & Infrastructure team
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes, guidelines and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in D365 standards and technologies

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years support experience, order processing management with D365 Finance & Operations application
  • Proven knowledge of business processes in a sales and distribution operation
  • Fluent in English. Any other European language will be a plus
  • Desired: Knowledge of D365 Retail and commerce /Microsoft certification for D365 Finance & Operations

  • Good communicator, with an ability to explain complex concepts in easy to understand and compelling ways
  • Able to deliver under tight and changing deadlines
