About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional candidate to lead our Campus Support team, responsible for delivering high-quality facilities services across our sites. As Head of Campus Support, you'll oversee the strategic and operational delivery of services including helpdesk, building receptions, cleaning, porterage, mail room services, transport, maintenance, and out-of-hours support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of facilities strategies to meet the University's objectives
  • Manage and coordinate the work of the facilities team, ensuring effective service delivery and continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including staff, students, and external partners
  • Monitor and report on facilities performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and University policies
