You'll play a crucial role in:
- Developing and executing comprehensive reliability and maintenance strategies for the UK West portfolio.
- Establishing and championing a reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) approach across the organisation.
- Mentoring and developing the team and emerging leaders within the organisation.
- Analysing performance data to identify trends and implement innovative technologies, practices, and modifications to enhance reliability and reduce operational costs.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, environmental regulations, and best practices in offshore operations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience with operations & maintenance/engineering leadership.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex maintenance projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of offshore wind farm regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental compliance.
Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
