You'll play a crucial role in:

  1. Developing and executing comprehensive reliability and maintenance strategies for the UK West portfolio.
  2. Establishing and championing a reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) approach across the organisation.
  3. Mentoring and developing the team and emerging leaders within the organisation.
  4. Analysing performance data to identify trends and implement innovative technologies, practices, and modifications to enhance reliability and reduce operational costs.
  5. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, environmental regulations, and best practices in offshore operations.
  6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  1. A bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent.
  2. Extensive experience with operations & maintenance/engineering leadership.
  3. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex maintenance projects.
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
  6. Knowledge of offshore wind farm regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental compliance.

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
