About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Door to Door Fundraiser. As a representative of Charity Link, you will be responsible for engaging with the public, building relationships, and securing donations to support our charity partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit pre-allocated areas by postcode, visiting specific streets and houses to engage with the public and secure donations.
  • Work independently, using your own initiative to meet and exceed targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service, building rapport with members of the public and responding to their needs.
  • Utilize an electric tablet to sign up donors and manage donations.
  • Wear Charity Link-branded uniform and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales or face-to-face sales roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build immediate rapport with the public.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to work core hours, including twilight hours (5-7pm), when most people are at home.
