">Salary: £11.60 per hour ( £12.30 for weekend shifts)

We are looking for an experienced and caring individual to provide personalized support to our service users. As a Care Support Specialist, you will assist with daily living tasks, promote independence, and ensure the comfort and safety of our clients.

- Key Responsibilities:">
- Assist with personal care tasks such as showering, dressing, and mobility support.">
- Administer medication according to individual care plans.">
- Support clients with social and physical activities to promote independence.">
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A driving license and access to a vehicle.">
- A passion for helping others and improving their quality of life.">
- Flexibility to work the shifts outlined above, including one weekend out of two.">
- Previous experience in care or a similar role is beneficial but not essential.">
- Willingness to participate in mandatory training when required.">
