We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at Stonor Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expansion in our target markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic business growth plan to drive new business revenue and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at C-suite level.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries and sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content for proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Take ownership of commercial targets and demonstrate accountability and best practices.
- Proven experience in a new business development role, with at least 5 years in sales (3 in a closing role).
- Skilled in building relationships at the C-suite level.
- Experience with cloud, data, security, content management, or automation solutions.
- CRM knowledge, ideally with Hubspot.
- Competitive salary up to £60k basic with uncapped commission.
