- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Present financial results to stakeholders, including executive management, investors, and board members.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to regulatory authorities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other department heads to develop financial strategies that support the company's overall objectives.
- Oversee financial systems and ensure that they are efficient and secure.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and financial system upgrades.
Key Qualifications:
- Fully Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
- 5-7 years of experience in financial management
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS)
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Team leading experience
- Experience in leading and managing a finance team with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
