Event Planning Manager Assistant Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join the events team at De Vere Ltd. as an Event Planning Manager Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Event Planning Manager in planning and coordinating corporate events, conferences, and meetings.

About the Role
  • Support the Event Planning Manager in planning and coordinating corporate events from initial planning to execution
  • Assist in building strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure exceptional event delivery
  • Contribute to developing people management skills by working with a team of event planners
Requirements
  • Experience in planning and delivering corporate events, particularly large-scale conferences and meetings
  • Able to plan multiple events simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with event operations team
