About the Job Description

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes. This may include assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management. You will also be required to provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping them to maintain their independence and stay engaged with their community.

You will work closely with other members of the care team to ensure that clients receive the best possible care and support. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that clients' needs are met and their safety is maintained.

About the Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects, if necessary. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are also essential, as you will be required to travel to clients' homes throughout the day.

Prior experience in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential. What is more important is your passion for delivering high-quality care and your ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
