North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled and compassionate Pathology Support Worker to join their Pathology Laboratory team. This challenging and rewarding role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment that requires precision and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above (or NVQ level 2), including Math, English, and Science, as well as experience of electronic data input and attention to detail. They will also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively as part of a team, and a flexible attitude to work and willingness to adapt to changes in working practice.

This full-time position offers an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be required to work a 24-hour, 7-day shift system at Agenda for Change rates. While previous experience in a laboratory setting is not essential, it would be advantageous.
