We are looking for a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Device Manager to join our team at dnevo Partners. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in device lifecycle management and basic troubleshooting skills, as well as expertise in managing devices like laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.

About the Role

The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing a device and tools strategy that enhances productivity, security, and collaboration. They will oversee the device lifecycle management, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable practices, and lead device configuration, imaging, and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a device and tools strategy that enhances productivity, security, and collaboration.
  • Oversee the device lifecycle management, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable practices.
  • Lead device configuration, imaging, and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and standardise device solutions.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and user support, enhancing end-user experience.
  • Stay at the forefront of MDM, MAM, and emerging device technologies, integrating innovative solutions into our infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Device Manager in mid-scale organisations.
  • Expertise in managing devices like laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
  • Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Dell, Microsoft Windows, iOS, M365, MDM/MAM, BYOD.
  • Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear communications.
  • Resilience in delivering projects in a fast-paced, changeable environment.

What We Offer

  • An estimated salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
