Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Product Owner to join our team at Glow Services Corp.

This role involves leading the development of platform capabilities that integrate seamlessly into client sales channels to complete trade-in device valuations and track progress from trade-in to disposition.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, integrating with consumer electronics sales checkout and/or reverse supply chain operations.

The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leveraging expertise as a Product Owner to evolve platform capabilities and deliver trade-in and device lifecycle propositions.
  2. Providing guidance on Device Diagnostic & Valuation, Reverse Supply Chain Integration, and Device Dispositioning.
  3. Onboarding new microservices, reverse supply chain, and dispositioning partners with Product Managers and Professional Service stakeholders.
  4. Defining and delivering products against commercial deadlines, prioritizing backlog of work across client implementations, product innovation, and continuous improvement.
  5. Developing product vision for specific domain, growth opportunities, and delivering optimizations to enhance digital customer experience based on KPIs.
  6. Aligning team's delivery roadmap with wider business strategies, prioritizing work to deliver best ROI.
  7. Capturing requirements using Domain Driven Design and facilitating meaningful dialogue between stakeholders.
  8. Tracking product builds and presenting Burn Up/Down charts.
  9. Leading product release plans, managing interdependencies, and promoting healthy team culture.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, integrating with consumer electronics sales checkout and/or reverse supply chain operations.
  2. University-level degree in STEM subject or relevant field.
  3. Experience with common design approaches like DDD, BDD, and TDD.
  4. Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Figma, or similar SDLC toolsets.
  5. In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  6. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  8. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. A creative thinker with a vision.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
