The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at our Stockton store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer leaves our store with a smile on their face.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering product recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and promotions.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the store by participating in visual merchandising, stock management, and other tasks as required.
