About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Adecco. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for leading the creation, execution, and measurement of a Shopper Marketing Execution Plan for the Retail District.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our client's brands, products, and brand campaigns to effectively promote them.
  • Build strong relationships with key marketing personnel at customer accounts and understand their go-to-market strategies, target audiences, and operations.
  • Evaluate the financial viability of marketing tactics, manage the budget, and analyze marketing performance to optimize future strategies.
  • Collaborate with Category Development Managers, Key Account Managers, and Area Portfolio & Trade Marketing Managers to seize growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • A degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in Shopper or Consumer Marketing or Account Management within the FMCG or CPG industry, particularly with UK retail accounts.
  • Self-starter, good communication, organization, ability to prioritize, team player.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and experience in project and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
What We Offer
  • A hybrid working model with one day per week (ideally Wednesday) working from the HQ in Bracknell.
  • Travel may be required up to 20% domestically, including customer head office visits or conferences.
  • Ad-hoc travel once a quarter will be reimbursed.
  • A competitive hourly rate of £22.41.
