Our purpose is to drive all financial deliverables, including valuation of investments & portfolio companies, fund reporting, closing processes on investments, investor relations, and building out the business for long-term growth.

Your Role:
This Commercial Fund Controller position is essential in driving our growth strategy. You will be responsible for key deliverables such as:
• Working with Fund administrators to ensure timely delivery of quarterly investor reports and accounts
• Supporting the valuation process and Valuation Committee
• Preparing the portfolio review process, analyzing underlying investments and budgets
• Responding to investor queries about their holdings, performance, distributions, and other ad-hoc questions
• Reviewing regulatory filings and tax returns prepared by administrators and advisors
• Leading due diligence on new investments, coordinating with legal team, tax advisors, and investment team
• Overseeing valuations for portfolio companies
• Spearheading fundraising efforts, dealing with internal and external legal teams
