Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, with a proven track record in driving business growth and managing risk
  • ARLA qualified or equivalent, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills, with the ability to motivate and lead by example
  • Man management experience, with a focus on team development and performance
  • Proven knowledge of the lettings process and legislation, with a strong understanding of Vebra Alto
  • Excellent knowledge of the property industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional results
