Job Title: Scheme Manager

Sanctuary Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated Scheme Manager to join our Housing Services team. As a Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality housing management service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and their homes are safe and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage low-level anti-social behaviour, including attending evictions and managing complaints
  • Provide administrative support for the delivery of high-quality services
  • Assist with the lettings process, including viewings and key management
  • Conduct compliance checks and scheme inspections to ensure health and safety regulations are met
  • Work with external agencies to support residents with additional needs or safeguarding concerns
  • Identify and report potential repairs or faults in the scheme
Requirements:
  • Experience working with older people or vulnerable client groups
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Housing management experience and basic knowledge of welfare benefits and rent accounts desirable
  • Full valid driving licence required
