Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards, including merchandising products, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Support the sales team to achieve sales targets, including promoting products, handling customer transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising activities, including setting up promotional displays and maintaining store fixtures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, as required.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to start immediately.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
  • Free jewellery, including a monthly allowance of £25-£55.
  • Flexible working hours, with the ability to work at times that suit you.
  • No weekend working.
