About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical/Mechanical Technician to join our team as an OCTO Sales Technician. As a key member of our sales and technical support team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our innovative OCTO lighting solutions to customers across the UK and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commission OCTO lighting control solutions at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, electrical contractors, and facilities teams to drive sales and growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to introduce customers to OCTO's smart lighting solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical department to resolve technical queries and provide expert support to customers.
  • Assist in the commissioning of projects remotely and on-site, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in selling technical products or in a technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of building construction and lighting infrastructure.
  • Wireless/Bluetooth mesh infrastructure experience and commissioning skills.
  • Clean and full car driver's license, valid passport, and right to reside.
