About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical/Mechanical Technician to join our team as an OCTO Sales Technician. As a key member of our sales and technical support team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our innovative OCTO lighting solutions to customers across the UK and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to customer sites to commission and demonstrate OCTO lighting control solutions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, electrical contractors, and facilities teams
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with wholesalers, electrical contractors, and commercial/industrial architectural practices
  • Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a safe working environment
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in selling technical products or in a technical support role
  • Experience working with building components and wireless/Bluetooth mesh infrastructure
  • Clean and full car driver's license, valid passport, and right to reside
