Key Responsibilities
  • Develop user-centric content that balances user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
  • Collaborate with UX Leads, User Researchers, and Product Designers on design projects from discovery to detailed design production
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design system and design language
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technology and industry best practices, applying them to our business and ways of working
  • Upskill and educate the wider UX team on content design best practices
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of content design experience
  • Superb user-centric content design skills and experience, with a portfolio showcasing your latest projects and thinking processes
  • Experience designing and writing for WCAG accessibility standards compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to pitch and influence designs
  • Proactive, self-motivated, collaborative, and curious to learn
