  • Review and verify the preparation of Bills of Quantities.
  • Establish net unit rates and cost estimates.

Prepare Interim Certificates (based on Consultant's recommendation) for Contractors.

  • Assist in cost control of Preliminary Budget throughout project phases.
  • Monitor the performance of Consultant Quantity Surveyors:
  • Evaluate the tender estimates of Consultant Quantity Surveyors.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying/Building Technology.
  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in consultant firms or developers or main contractors.
  • Experience working on residential or commercial projects.
  • Good working knowledge of Pre and Post Contract Works.
