Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Consultancy Surveyor to join our team at Lambert Smith Hampton. As a key member of our Building Consultancy team, you will be responsible for undertaking core building surveying disciplines, including project management of office fitouts, design and contract administration, dilapidations, building pathology, due diligence services, condition surveys, party wall and reinstatement cost assessments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work in a full autonomous capacity in the Building Consultancy team, contributing towards departmental financial performance targets.
  • Liaise with other LSH departments and divisions, representing the company and its services to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality services.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous building surveying experience, with a strong understanding of building pathology, dilapidations, and condition surveys.
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize conflicting workloads and work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders.
