We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team at Waterloo Lodge School, an independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged 11-18 with a wide range of needs.
As a SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a purposeful learning environment and teaching engaging and motivating lessons to pupils with complex needs, including autism and learning difficulties.
You will work closely with the Deputy Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement individualized education plans, ensuring that all pupils receive the support they need to achieve their full potential.

We are looking for a qualified SEN Teacher with a degree level qualification and QTS/QTLS. You will have experience of teaching pupils with complex needs and a passion for creating inclusive and engaging learning environments.
You will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
