About the Role
This is a unique Senior Quantity Surveyor position that involves working closely with the Commercial Lead, shaping and influencing projects that set industry benchmarks in innovation and quality. The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of NEC contracts, experience with Main Contractors or Consultancies, and a genuine enthusiasm for civil engineering, highways, and the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, contracts, and bills of quantities.
  • Negotiate contracts and work schedules to deliver optimal results.
  • Monitor projects to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Provide legal and risk-related advice, helping to resolve disputes.
  • Compile detailed reports on costs and project progress.
