Medsolve is seeking an experienced Waking Nights Support Worker to join their team at a Children's Residential home in Normanton.
This is a full-time permanent role, working 40 hours per week on a rotational basis of 10 hours per night.
Key Responsibilities- Perform nightly tasks such as personal care routines, getting individuals to bed and up in the morning, and making breakfast.
- Support individuals to develop independent life skills.
- Safeguarding of occupants at all times.
- Accurate record-keeping.
- Recent experience of working in a children's residential setting.
- Relevant professional qualifications or willingness to work towards (e.g. NVQ Level 3).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and external stakeholders.
- Hold a valid driving license.
- Have a flexible Can-Do approach.
